Chicago 2005

In May, 2005 the Badin Concert Band and Badin Concert Choir made their first-ever appearances at a national music festival.  The 2005 Heritage Music Festival in Chicago was a wonderful venue for the groups, as the Concert Band earned a First Place award, and the Concert Choir earned a Second Place award.

Other highlights of the trip included visits to Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry, Hard Rock Cafe, Navy Pier, the Sears Tower, Medieval Times, and Mass at Holy Name Cathedral.
